Setup Location: The client is responsible for measuring the setup area to ensure the rented items will fit. Product dimensions are listed on each product page. Setups on dirt, gravel, or sand may incur additional fees due to required post-event cleaning.
Delivery and Pickup Times: Please provide us with a specific delivery time and pickup time when you make your reservation. We appreciate punctuality and recommend giving us a window of two hours for both delivery and pickup to accommodate any logistical considerations.
Delivery Fee: The delivery fee depends on the distance. Please inquire about the delivery fee when making your reservation.
