Are you insured?
Yes, we have full liability insurance for all of our products.
- The products are insured.
- The venues and individuals using the products are not insured.
- Parents, clients, or renters assume full responsibility for the use of the products.
- Camacho’s Party Rentals, its owners, and employees are not liable for the use, misuse, injuries, or damages that may occur during the event.
Which cities do you deliver to?
Do you deliver to parks?
Yes, we deliver to all parks that allow inflatables. Please consult the city/park you are having your event at for more details.
Do I need to place a deposit?
Yes, a 25% deposit is required on all orders to reserve your event date. The remaining balance can be paid cash the delivery day or with a credit card or check paid before the delivery date.
How far in advance should I reserve?
We recommend you reserve about 1-2 weeks in advance. Since we have a limited number of certain styles of products it is a good idea to reserve weeks ahead of time to ensure availability. For park orders it is required to reserve at least 3 days before the event date for insurance processing.
Do you deliver and set up the inflatables?
What is "curbside delivery?"
All items will be delivered to the designated location and collected by our team at the agreed-upon pickup time. The client is responsible for ensuring that tables and chairs are properly folded and organized in the same condition and manner in which they were delivered. Jumpers and tents will be folded and prepared for removal by our staff at the time of pickup.
What is your cancellation policy?
At Camacho’s Party Rentals Inc., we value your business and do our best to accommodate every event. However, once a deposit has been made, it becomes non-refundable.
This policy is based on the business and consumer regulations of Sonoma County, California, which allow local service providers to retain deposits to cover administrative and scheduling costs.
By submitting a deposit, you agree to reserve specific rental equipment and event dates. When a cancellation occurs, Camacho’s Party Rentals loses the opportunity to rent the reserved items to other customers.
For this reason, no refunds will be issued after the deposit has been received, regardless of the reason for cancellation (including weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes).
If a cancellation is made due to extreme weather or unsafe conditions, Camacho’s may, at its discretion, offer to reschedule the event to another available date within 90 days, subject to availability.
Changes to order: If the customer changes their order at the end of their rental period, or at the pickup time/window, to overnight or wants additional day(s), we will charge the customer the initial delivery/service fees and/or additional rental fees, as well as the new delivery/service fees for the extension of the rental period. Rental fees will be applied for when these extensions result in an upcoming customer’s order being canceled/refunded. Please make changes to your order prior to the pickup time/window.
What if it rains on the day of the event?

Is the Blower included?
Yes, the blowers used to pump the inflatables are included in the rental price.
Is a Generator Included?
No, if you do not have electrical power available at your setup location than you MUST rent a Generator as well. If you do have a Portable Generator and want to use that instead of renting one, you must contact us to make sure it will have enough power to support the inflatable/game/concession.
How are your products cleaned?
All of our products are fully disinfected and cleaned after every use. We take hygiene very seriously, that is why we fully inflate every product at our warehouse and clean them after they are returned.
Are your inflatables and games safe?
Yes. All of our inflatables have safety rules near the entrance which must be followed by all users. Our inflatables also have all of the latest safety features that are in the industry.
What age groups are the inflatables for?
Inflatables are generally good for all ages. Some inflatables are more suited for smaller kids, some more suited for teens or adults. Please refer to each products page or contact us for more detail.
What happens if a product malfunctions?
It is rare for a product to malfunction, but if it does happen during your event we recommend you give us a call so we can help access the problem. If it is needed, we will send out a driver or someone from our company to fix the problem or bring a replacement product.
